Our magazine cover templates, design elements, and editor technology represent significant creative and technical investment. Any unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or derivative use of our templates or platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4.2 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to photographs and images you upload. By uploading content to our Service, you grant YourCover a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer support. This license terminates when your content is deleted from our servers in accordance with our data retention policy.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload, and that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

5. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Digital downloads are available instantly. Printed orders are processed quickly and shipped promptly. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing for international orders.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 100% satisfaction or free replacement guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement. Custom products may have different return policies as specified at checkout.
